Geothermal - Is it Not Unlimited
 
Hit rocks get cold when water passes by them . Geothrmal is not renewable. It is valuable as an energy source but it is not renewable.

Geothermal IS a base load RENEWABLE energy system
 
A natural resource that can replenish itself over time. opposite of nonrenewable.

Alite the above is the definition of renewable... unless you are postulating that the passage of water through the fractured granites stops radiogenic decay then Geothermal is by definition renewable... perhaps you are looking at the time frame for the heat to rebuild?
