This is the holy grail of UCG-GTL technology and would see Australia become rapidly liquid fuel independent as with this one step process we can convert our trillions of tons of poorer quality , deep, coal into all sorts of liquid fuels from ultra-clean diesel through to aviation kerosene... this is the future and RER seem to have the technique
