Default Lynas if only we'd followed the social media

The lengthy article in this weekend's The Australian: Lynas chief vows to fight on provides a cautionary tale for companies that don't follow what is being said about them in social media such as Twitter and Facebook. That a multi-billion company could be brought to its knees by a well directed social media campaign is both remarkable and extra-ordinary.

Many ASX listed companies, from wind farms - coal seam methane - uranium - timber mills etc etc are at risk of social media attacks. But very few are actively measuring what is being said about them.

So if you are invested in a company or are running a company I suggest you visit www.Dialogix.com.au - Australia's first social media monitoring company.

Catch it before it spreads!
