Default Batteries making up 30-40% of demand for vanadium by 2020-2021

We're seeing traction for this industry right now and if you look at the forecasts, assuming everything continues to go well, we're looking at batteries making up 30-40% of demand for vanadium by 2020-2021 "that's huge."

"The real uplift will obviously be seen in the premium market for battery metals and speciality alloys because there is just over 12,000 tonnes per annum of high quality material required currently and there are very few suppliers that can meet that demand,” he said. http://www.miningnews.net/energy-min...a-steel-story/
