Velocys' interim results show progress in GTL commercialization
Velocys plc released interim results for the six months ended June 30, highlighting the manufacture of the reactors and catalyst is complete for its gas-to-liquids plant, currently under construction adjacent to Waste Management?s East Oak landfill.

First commercial flight to use sustainable aviation fuel derived from gasified wood-chips
The flight is the first commercial flight in the world to use SAF derived from gasified wood-chips synthesised into aviation fuel. The fuel was produced in a Velocys FT reactor from the hydrogen and carbon gases generated by the gasification of the wood-chips at the demonstration plant in Nagoya in 2020. https://www.velocys.com/2021/06/21/v...ercial-flight/
