Default Silver's GREEN underrecognized role

"Silver plays a critical role in all "green revolution" discussions. Although renewable power generation and battery storage technologies may conjure visions of cobalt, lithium and nickel, we would argue that silver plays an even more fundamental role across many green energy technologies."

Today, silver is found in nearly all electronic devices. With the greatest electrical
conductivity of all metals, silver is playing a critical role in the latest technological
advancements. Silver’s inherent conductivity is an important asset in the
miniaturization of electronics; allowing electrical currents to flow in even the smallest
semiconductors and computer chips. More: https://www.silverinstitute.org/wp-c...MmktTR2021.pdf

Default Asx Silver companies

SILVER MINES (ASX:SVL): Trading at 20c for a market cap of $258 million. The company is in the final stages of securing government approvals for its Bowdens silver-zinc-lead project near Mudgee in central NSW.

The development projects ranks as one of the biggest globally with a resource base of 275 million ounces of silver equivalent. The initial 2 million-tonne-a-year mining and processing operation would produce 6 million ounces of silver equivalent annually in its early years at a cash cost of $US9.15/oz.

It’s one to watch as the approvals process concludes, and as the on-going exploration upside at the project is chased down.

INVESTIGATOR (ASX:IVR): Trading at 5.8c for a market cap of $77 million. The company released a pre-feasibility study for its 100% owned Paris silver project in South Australia in November.

Among other things, the study highlighted the powerful earnings leverage the 53 million ounce deposit would have to a rise in silver prices.

Using a $A34.30 an ounce price assumption, net pre-tax cashflow over a mine life of five years comes in at $335 million. At a $A38 an ounce it becomes $442 million over a seven-year mine life.

Default IVR Silver plus Rare earths - a double banger

This is interesting: Investigator Resources ASX: IVR's South Australia emerging silver province has now discovered: High grade rare earth mineralisation identified in recent drilling at the Apollo prospect, adjacent to Investigator’s Paris silver deposit, adding potential to IVR’s tenements.
• Significant TREO and MREO intersections include:
o 15m @ 3,221ppm TREO and 1,099ppm MREO from 66m in hole PPRC836.
o Includes 9m @ 4,700ppm TREO and 1,772ppm MREO from 72m.
• 80% of holes at Apollo intersected a distinct clay horizon with intersections above the 1,000ppm TREO reporting cutoff.
• Mineralisation is hosted by interpreted saprolitic volcanics derived from underlying REE-enriched upper Gawler Range Volcanic units.
• High percentages of valuable MREOs in the mineralised intervals are associated with Neodymium and Praseodymium
• Broad-spaced drilling has revealed a consistent trend to the mineralised horizon which shallows to the southwest and is open in all directions.
• The geological setting opens up significant exploration potential across Investigator’s Peterlumbo and other Southern Gawler Craton tenements.
• Samples from other previously drilled targets across the broader Peterlumbo tenement have been submitted for assay of their full suite of REEs.
• Investigator also recently reported 8m @ 1,262g/t silver from 149m (including 3m @ 3,167g/t silver from 150m and including 1m @ 6,530g/t silver from 152m at the Apollo Prospect.
