Exploration for shale oil and gas in the Arckaringa Basin is currently underway, where independent analysis undertaken by DeGolyer & MacNaughton has highlighted a potentially enormous estimated prospective resource of 103 Billion Barrels of oil equivalent (BBOE) on an unrisked basis and 3.5 BBOE on a risked basis*.
