China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) held a key national rare earth conference on Wednesday (January 28th) in Beijing, setting out a series of specific rare earth policy priorities to accelerate the pace of mergers and reorganizations as well as mapping out a blueprint for better control the country's rare earth resources.
